Galway Bohemians FC can confirm that Gavin Greaney has stepped down as first team manager after a 4 year spell in charge and will be succeeded by Eoghan McHale, who takes the reins with immediate effect.
Gavin departs following a successful tenure that saw Bohemians lift two Jack Lillis cups, earn promotion, and establish themselves in the First Division.
Stepping into the role is former Bohemians player Eoghan McHale. A familiar face to many at the club, Eoghan returns to the Bohs, having most recently been involved in coaching within the League of Ireland setup. His experience on and off the pitch, coupled with a deep understanding of the club's culture, makes him a natural fit to lead Bohemians into the next chapter.
Pre Season commences tomorrow night at 7 pm in Shantalla
