Bohs jrs got off to a winning start in Eoghan Mchale's first competitive game in charge with goals from last years top goalscorer Killian O'Sullivan and the clincher from Ross Lydon to seal all 3 points in a tight game.
Bohs took the lead on 35 minutes, O'Sullivan rounding the keeper to go deservedly 1 up. Killtullagh started the second half the stronger side and levelled matters on 55 minutes when a scuffed clearance found its way to the Pioneers player who finished nicely into the bottom corner. Kiltullagh then nearly scored a second but found young Aaron Hester in fantastic form who kept Bohs at 1 all. That scare woke the away team up, and when Jhonathan D'arco was fouled in the box, he stepped O'Sullivan to calmly dispatch his penalty to give Bohs a 2-1 lead with 20 mins to play. Bohs then pushed on for a goal to kill it and were nearly caught out by a good Killtullagh counterattack, but somehow, the player managed to put it over from 5 yards out.
The game was wrapped up, and then when some great play down, the wing saw Cody Ward linking up well with D'arco to set up Ross Lydon, who finished well to secure all 3 points
