A great win this morning in Kinvara for our Under 12s as they remain unbeaten in league action.

It was a cagey opening 20 minutes, but nerves were settled when James Kelly nipped in behind the centre-back and delicately dinked the ball over the keeper to make it 1–0. Another goal followed almost immediately as Andrew Gallagher calmly finished at the front post to double the lead.

Two fantastic long-range efforts from Kyle Holland and Charlie O’Connor put Bohs 4–0 ahead, before Bryan Burke popped up with another to make it five. Kinvara responded with a well-worked team goal involving some excellent one-touch passing to pull a deserved goal back, leaving the score 5–1 at half time.

A change of formation and tactics at the break, playing against the wind and uphill, saw Bohs sit deeper to protect the lead and counter-attack quickly. This paid off on 43 minutes when James Kelly tapped in to complete his brace and put the game to bed at 6–1.

A fantastic performance from the whole squad once again.
