Galway Bohemians 2 v Colga 2

Bohs hosted Colga this afternoon in Millars lane in a very close fought league game, right from the start you could see that it was going to be a very close game between both. However it was bohs who struck first in a well worked goal that sent Sam Fagen down the right wing and with his blistering pace to get in behind the back 4 he was able to swing a beautiful cross into our Captain Nathan Keane who made a great run to get on the end of the cross to strike first. However it was short lived because 2 mins later bohs gave away a free kick 30 yards out. Colga stepped up and drove a beautiful free kick into the top right corner that no keeper would have gotten to. 
 Shortly before half time colga struck again with a well worked drive down our right side and crossed a ball in which was finished well. It stayed like that fairly evenly matched until one minute to go when through sheer grit and determination to get a result from the game bohs stuck back with a through ball from Sean Behan into Sam Fagen who cooly slotted into the bottom left corner. That’s two good results in our last two games,there is good momentum with this team now,onwards and upwards
