Bohs u18s earned a hard fought three points against a dogged St Bernard's side at Tuam Celtic's impressive new astro facility on Sunday evening.
Without a competitive match since mid December, Bohs were slow into their stride and looked very sluggish in the early stages as they fell behind to a deflected Bernard's goal. 

The away side gradually grew into the game and went in level at the break thanks to a superb strike from outside the box by Manus Lynch.

With a strong breeze at their backs, the Bohs lads dominated the second half, and after going close a couple of times, they took the lead when Ronan Lynch showed a striker's instinct to toe poke the ball past the Bernard's keeper.

A third was soon added when Steven Soe Paing unleashed an unstoppable shot to the roof of the net from 30 yards, and the three points were secured late on after a Daniel Maguire volley from a corner made it 4-1 to Bohs ⚽⚽

Up next for the lads is an away trip to Kiltullagh Astro on Friday night where they will face Bearna Na Forbacha 🔴⚪
